How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. Please note that our warehouse is closed on all statutory holidays, so please account for this when placing your order.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Our warehouse and distribution facility is located in Kitchener, ON, and package delivery time will vary, depending on where you live. Below are estimated times of delivery, based on past shipments, but actual delivery time may vary.

  • ON & QC - 1-3 business days
  • NB, NS, PEI, NL - 3-7 business days
  • MB, SK, AB, BC - 3-7 business days
  • YT, NT, NU - 7-15 business days

Which couriers do you use?

We currently use Purolator to send out all orders. 

How do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships. This email will also include a link to track your shipment on Purolator's website. Additionally, we utilize a tracking service to email you updates on your order while it is en route. For any questions regarding delivery of your order, please contact Purolator directly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard. To use Visa Debit, please enter your card information and select the Visa as the payment type.

Is Atlas Parts, and Atlas Pro Service part of MTD?

Yes. The website is brought to you by Atlas Pro Service, the repair & service division of MTD Canada. 

Which brands do your parts fit?

Most of our parts fit MTD brands, such as: Troy-Bilt, Yard Machines, Yard-Man, Remington, Columbia, Cub Cadet, MTD Gold, Bolens, White Outdoor, and more. Additionally, we have many parts that fit other brands, such as Craftsman®, Yardworks®, Husqvarna®, John Deere®, Toro®, Briggs & Stratton®, and more. Each part will denote which brand or model that it fits, and Universal parts will fit most equipment meeting the specifications indicated.

Why do I see multiple transactions when using Visa Debit?

When we process your order on a Visa Debit card, if the amount of the final charge differs from your initial purchase (typically due to rounding), we are required to refund your initial purchase, and submit a new charge. Debit cards work slightly differently than credit cards, which is why you may see multiple transactions for one order. Please note there is no additional cost to you for these additional transactions.

What type of security does your site use?

We utilize an above industry standard SSL certificate with a SHA256 hash algorithm and a 2048 bit RSA security key. Our site also uses a fully PCI-compliant payment system, provided by CHASE Paymentech®. All of this means that our site uses some of the best security available to ensure that your personal information is as secure as possible. Any credit card information provided on our site is sent directly to CHASE, never touching our servers.
